Luxury Table Tennis Tables

As Table Tennis is becoming an increasingly popular sport we are often asked many questions about the table dimensions, sizes and how much space is needed in a room to play the game comfortably. Below is some information you may want to consider before purchasing a Table Tennis Table.

The playing surface of a standard competition size table should be 2.74m long and 1.525m wide, on a platform which is 76cm above the floor. This however is the standard Table Tennis size guide, you can buy different size tables depending on what best suits you.

The space needed around a table tennis table is roughly 140cm at each end of the table and 60cm each side to allow the ideal playing area. This is recommended if you’re playing the game as a hobby. If you’re playing professionally to a higher standard you may need more room for faster, longer volleys.
